- Return the item in its original condition and packaging
- Item must be unused and in resalable condition
Refund Details:
- We will refund the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (standard shipping charges will not be reimbursed)
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Exceptions:
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging
- Damaged or used items may not be eligible for full refund
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
- Hygiene-related items (if applicable) cannot be returned once opened
